Textured Pea Protein (TPP) is a textured product with a fibrous structure that approaches the texture of meat. This product has a multitude of applications such as plant-based beef patties, pizza toppings, frozen foods, and packaged soups.
Textured Pea Protein is an allergen-free product that can be used in place of TVP or TWP in any of our plant-based recipes. TPP have a smaller particular structure and will produce a finer product.
