COVID UPDATE (9/1/2020)
We are shipping out packages at our normal processing speed. We are seeing significant delays with First Class International and Priority International, which are shipped through the postal system. At this time if you are in any rush to get your order we are only recommending Express International. If your order has shipped, we recommend checking your tracking link frequently to monitor progress.
Please note that once an order has left our warehouse there is nothing we can do to affect its shipping or delivery.
To see if your country has any delays or disruptions - please check the USPS link here:
We ship to almost all countries. Unfortunately we are currently not able to ship to UK and Russia.
The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. You can determine the exact shipping amount by placing the items you want in your shopping cart, going to the checkout page, and entering your shipping address. The shipping amount will be automatically updated as you add or remove items from your cart. Because our shipping carrier automatically calculates the rates, this is the only way to get an accurate shipping quote. Our customer service representatives will not be able to answer questions about how much it costs to ship to your location.
We offer First-Class Package International or Priority Mail International services from the United States Postal Service. In cases where the package (including the shipping box) weighs over 4 lbs. (1.8 kg), we must ship via Priority Mail International.
It is important that you understand the features of these shipping options before placing your order:
First-Class Package International is the least expensive way to send your package. However, there is no guaranteed time frame for delivery of your package because it depends on the efficiency of your country’s Customs Service and local postal service. Some customers receive their packages within a week, while others take a month or more. Furthermore, your package cannot be tracked once it has left the U.S. If you use the tracking number, you will see information only up to the point the package is placed on an international flight, typically at Kennedy International Airport in Jamaica, New York. After this point, our customer service representatives will not be able to give you any further information about the status of your package.
Priority Mail International is more expensive than First-Class but offers some advantages. For one thing, your package will typically arrive in 6 to 10 business days, although inspections by your local Customs Service may delay delivery and cannot be anticipated or controlled. This option also provides full door-to-door tracking of your package, so you will know exactly where it is at any time. If delivery speed and traceability are important to you, Priority Mail International is the choice for you.
We also offer even faster international shipping options. This information is not available on our website, so please call us if you would like to learn more about this expedited shipping service. We will let you know what type of service is available to your location and what it will cost before you submit your order.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, FEES, AND VAT
You may be required to pay duties or value-added taxes on your package when it arrives in your country. This is determined by your local Customs Service. Given variations from country to country, we are unable to tell if your package is subject to these fees or how much they might be. If you refuse to pay these fees, your package will be destroyed by your Customs Service and we will not be able to refund your money.
If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable for any reason, we can refund the price of your items but not the shipping cost. We can also attempt to resend the package, but you will have to pay the shipping charges again. So please make sure your address is correct and deliverable by your local postal service before completing your order.
