Description

Vinegar powder adds desirable tart flavor to a variety of dishes, particular where the dish benefits from vinegar flavor without the added moisture. Spray dried white vinegar powder may be rehydrated with a ratio of 1 part powder to 2 parts water. Maltodextrin and modified starch are added to act as a carrier and flowing agent to the vinegar.
