Magnesium Carbonate acts as a clarifying agent for items with high starch content like ginger and potato. Unlike pectinase, it does not require a wait period and can be blended into mixtures for dispersion anytime prior to clarification. For best results, stir mixture immediately prior to running in centrifuge.
