What is the Searzall Pro?
The Searzall Pro is an attachment secured to the top of a blowtorch to create the perfect searing temperature without the off-putting aromas that typically result when cooking with blowtorches. By forcing the thin flame of the blowtorch through two layers of fine, high-temperature-resistant wire mesh, it produces a consistent, evenly spread flame that provides a professional quality finish to meats and other food items.
The Searzall Pro requires either a 16.4 oz "camping" propane gas cylinder OR a 14.1 oz gas cylinder. For best searing results, we recommend using MAPP/MAP Pro cylinders.

Steak Decorator
The searing tray, or Steak-decorator, is a modified rotating pedestal with a grate that protects your crust by keeping food from sitting in its own juice. There is also rimmed tray to catch any fat you may render while searing. The rotation allows you to maneuver your food to sear the entire surface without changing your position or losing your perspective on the crust (things sear very fast). This is a must have item for the Searzall.
